Year Round or seasonal rentals, the interior apartments are reserved for female residents only.

This 3-story complex has 7 rental apartments and a guest house. Rents range from $1200-$1500 a month with a 1-year lease and include all utilities. (Shorter-term leases will have increased prices).

Includes: Propane, electricity, water, internet, and weekly housekeeping. Pool & Hot Tub maintenance is also included. Beto is our house manager and is amazing for all things needed on the property.

Each apartment has a TV & Firestick in the living room or bedroom if you wish.

The entire house is on water filtration systems and drinking water is at each kitchen sink. Every apartment has a full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, cutlery, and dishes. Turn key kitchen just add food!

Bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and vanity area. Lots of storage and great lighting. All bed and bath linens are included.

There are fans are above each bed, plus in bathrooms, kitchens, living/dining rooms, and patio spaces. as well as lots of screened windows and sliding doors offering ventilation and light into each house.

Every house has a private patio space for dining and lounging that comes off the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas thru a huge sliding glass door. Secured parking is available and an elevator serves all 3 floors.

Common Amenities offered are:

* solar heated saltwater pool on the ground floor,

* hot tub on the Mirador (3rd floor) for soaking under the stars.

* also the Mirador offers a 5000-foot covered and opens entertaining space with a fully stocked kitchen.

* a guest house and restroom are on the 3rd floor too!

* Golf Cart and canoe with all the gear, plus 2 bikes for fun.
